Who we are

RODMENA LIMITED is a London company that builds secure, auditable platforms that bring compliance, trust and artificial intelligence together in one system. They run on the customer’s own infrastructure or as a service. Every certification, policy and figure we publish shows its current status and the date it was last checked.

What we do

  • Software platform development. We design and deliver bespoke platforms end to end, from the first architecture review to a service running in production that your own engineers can operate without us.
  • Distributed systems. We build fault-tolerant, horizontally scalable systems designed for reliability under load, using established concurrency and messaging patterns.
  • Workflow automation. We design and implement durable workflow orchestration, including event-driven flows, human-in-the-loop steps and custom workflows, and deploy and configure our Highway engine where it suits.
  • Cloud and data infrastructure. We design and build cloud and data infrastructure: environments that can be rebuilt from their own definitions, monitoring that shows what is happening, backups that have been restored from, and a running cost that is known before it arrives.
  • Integration. We connect systems, APIs and third-party services, and bridge legacy platforms to modern infrastructure in stages, without a big-bang migration.
  • Support and consultancy. We provide ongoing support, training and engineering consultancy for the systems you depend on, through the engineers who build and operate our own.

Assurance

Cyber Essentials certified, whole organisation (certificate 00d24b59-7739-4d97-bb66-341ac50ef018, valid until 30 September 2027). Also held: ICO Data Protection Registration. Cyber insurance in place. Evidence available on request from security@rodmena.co.uk. ISO/IEC 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus are on the certification roadmap; professional indemnity, public liability and employer’s liability cover is bound under one policy from 1 November 2026. The current status of every certification, insurance policy and company policy is published at rodmena.com/trust/. This website uses no cookies, analytics or trackers, and publishes a responsible-disclosure policy (RFC 9116 security.txt).
