Raise a formal request
RODMENA Requests is the single place to make a data protection complaint, a data rights request, a complaint or feedback about our service, or a request from a public authority. Anyone can use it by web form, email, post or phone, and every request gets a reference number.
- Data protection complaint
We acknowledge a data protection complaint within 30 days of receiving it.
- Data rights request
We respond within one month. If a request is complex, we can extend that by two further months and tell you why within the first month.
