Proportionate policies for a small specialist supplier, showing their current publication status.

Policy register

Policies are marked as published, in progress or planned. We list a document as published only after the owner has signed it off. Its review date is when the wording was last checked against how the business actually operates.

The set is proportionate to a small specialist supplier and keeps a small number of controls that are applied consistently. If a buyer asks for a policy we do not hold, we will say so.

Policies are reviewed at least annually and whenever the business changes materially. Signed copies for procurement can be requested from sales@rodmena.co.uk.

Concerns about wrongdoing can be raised confidentially through our Speak-Up portal, as the Whistleblowing / Speak-Up Policy describes.
