The logo
The RODMENA wordmark is the primary logo. The R monogram stands in where the name is already present or the space is square. The RODMENA app icon is the monogram on a black tile, for browser tabs, home screens and profile pictures.
White on black and black on white baith reach a contrast o 21.0:1.
Whilk file tae uise
- Screens and the web
- Uise the SVG files. They bide sherp at ilka size.
- Whaur SVG isna acceptit
- Uise the PNG files: transparent in black or white, or solid on black or white.
- Prent
- Uise the PDF or EPS files. They are pure black (K100); white is the unprinted paper.
- A steid or app
- Uise the web-icons folder: the favicon, touch icon, Android icons, a web manifest and the matching head tags.
- Uise the email folder. The seegnatur attaches the logo tae the message, sae nae image is fetched frae oor server.
- Anither wabsteid
- Dounload the files and serve them frae yer ain site wi an img element. Dinna link tae the files on oor server.
Clear space an minimum size
Keep a clear space o X on ilka side o the logo, whaur X is hauf the hicht o the O in the wordmark. Naethin else may enter the dashed airt.

No pairt o this kit: Pantone references, print specifications for the accent colours, Windows tiles, Safari pinned-tab icons, Office, letterhead, slide or business-card templates, app-store icons and a photography style.
Typography
Oor typeface is IBM Plex, pit oot by IBM unner the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The site uises IBM Plex Sans for text and heidins, IBM Plex Serif for lang readin and IBM Plex Mono for code and feegurs. Arabic-script text uises a subset o IBM Plex Sans Arabic.
Whaur IBM Plex isna available, as in maist office documents, uise Arial for sans-serif text and Georgia for serif text. The wordmark is drawn airtwork: niver retype it in a font.

The name
Write the company and the brand as RODMENA, in capitals. The legal name is RODMENA LIMITED; set it as text beside the logo where a document needs it. The mixed-case spelling belongs tae the Persian name and its meanin: what the name means.
The slash
The R’s stroke rins aneath the name an rises as a slash afore the final A. That slash is the brand’s graphic device: it merks section heidins on this site an appears, muckle an faint, ahint some pages. Draw it in the gradient or in a single accent colour.
Products and partners
- Three products cairry the company name in their ain name: RODMENA ID, RODMENA LRS and RODMENA cmi5. Write them that wey, wi RODMENA in capitals.
- Ither products micht cairry the line “by RODMENA” ablow or aside the product name.
- Aside a partner’s logo, match the cap heichts o the twa logos and keep X atween them. Co-branding needs a signed agreement.
Backgrunds and motion
- Pit the logo on flat black, flat white or the brand gradient.
- The white logo may sit on the gradient where its contrast is at least 3:1 at every point.
- We dinnae pit the logo on photaes or busy colour, and the logo is niver animated.
Icons
House icons are drawn on a 24-unit grid wi a 1.75-unit stroke in the current text colour, sae they follow the theme like the logo daes.
Tone o voice
- Write plain, in Scots, in full sentences.
- State facts wi their status and date. Ilka certification, policy an figure shaws whether it is haud, in progress or planned.
- Name na client withoot written permission, quote na uptime or latency feegur, and mak na claim that hasna been checked.
Accessibility
- Gie the logo the text alternative “RODMENA”.
- Whaur the logo links somewhaur, name the destination, for ensample “RODMENA home”.
- Never write the word “logo” in the text alternative.
- Keep the logo at a contrast o at least 3:1 against its backgrund.

Ye may uise the RODMENA wordmark, the R monogram and the RODMENA app icon, unaltered, tae refer or link tae RODMENA LIMITED, its products and its services.
This licence is non-exclusive and royalty-free. It is given in addition to our Terms of Use, and sections 2 and 3 of those Terms (disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability) apply to these files. It is governed by the law of England and Wales.
Dinnae uise the logo, or onything like it, in a domain name, a company or product name, a social media handle or a trade mark application. Dinnae uise it tae suggest that RODMENA endorses, certifies or sponsors you or your wark.
A pairtner may uise the logo anely as a signed pairtner agreement allous. An application throu the pairtner portal makks a record and nae agreement.
The Cyber Essentials certificate is hauden by RODMENA LIMITED (scope: hale organisation). Uisin oor logo disnae extend it tae ye, and the Cyber Essentials mark isnae pairt o this kit.
We may withdraw this licence for awbody, or for ae user, by notice. Efter notice, mak nae new uises and remuive existin uises within 30 days.
