Migration and handower support
On termination or expiry we provide an agreed exit plan coverin the final data export, documentation handover, knowledge-transfer sessions wi yer team or the incomin supplier, an a wind-doun o access. The contract defines the exit period, typically 30 tae 90 days sized tae the engagement, an onie assistance days.
Deletion certificate
Efter exit, we delete the personal and customer data we haud, or gie it back gin ye prefer, and certify deletion in writin on request, as committed tae in oor Data Processing Agreement.
