Tollgate is a change-management service where each organisation’s data is kept separate. Each change gets a record with its reason, its plans for doing and for undoing it, and its approval, and every action is written to an append-only audit trail.

Who it is for. Engineering and operations teams who run production software and need change-control evidence for their security programme or their customers’ audits, and their compliance leads.

What it does

  • Sign in with RODMENA ID

    Single sign-on through RODMENA ID. Tollgate never sees the password.

  • Organisations and roles

    Each customer is a separate organisation. Members hold roles (requester, implementer, approver, change manager, administrator, auditor) that decide what they can do.

  • Services and environments

    A register of the services, repositories and environments a change can touch, and which repository deploys to which environment.

  • Approvals inbox

    One place listing the changes that are waiting for approval.

  • Audit trail

    Every action in the organisation is recorded in an append-only audit trail that members with the right role can read.

  • Email invitations

    Administrators invite members by email.
