Pupose
Oniebody that wirks wi RODMENA LIMITED — staff, contractors, suppliers or customers — shuid be able tae raise a genuine concern aboot wrang-daein withoot fear. This includes suspected fraud, bribery, security failures, data-protection breaches, modern slavery, discrimination, or danger tae health and safety.
Hou tae raise a concern
- Email legal@rodmena.co.uk merkit "Speak-Up", or raise it straucht wi the Director at farshid@rodmena.co.uk.
- Concerns can be raised confidentially; tell us if you want your identity protected and we will respect that as far as the law allows.
- Ye will receive an acknowledgement, the concern will be lookit intae properly and proportionately, and ye will be telt the outcome whaur possible.
Proteection
Onie retaliation agin oniebody that raises a concern in guid faith is itsel a breach o this policy and will be treatit as serious misconduct. This reflects the protections o the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998.
Ootby routes
If ye feel ye cannae raise a maiter wi us, or are no pleased wi oor response, ye may contact the relevant regulator — for example the Information Commissioner's Office for data-protection maitters, or Report Fraud (reportfraud.police.uk; in Scotland, Police Scotland on 101) for fraud — or seek independent advice frae the whistleblowing charity Protect.

The Director awns this policy and reviews it at least ilka year.
