Postings go to Ledger, so the commercial and accounting views share one set of books. Reconciliation runs on a schedule and does not auto-correct anything it cannot prove.

What it does

  • One set of books

    Revenue is posted to Ledger, and Trace keeps no ledger of its own.

  • Reconciliation held for review

    Missing and unposted entries are reported and held until a person resolves them. Nothing is corrected automatically.

  • Operated by API

    Every change is made through the API and can be reviewed in the browser, so the full history of the record is kept.
