Where each platform on the estate writes its own documentation.

A document and knowledge store with ingestion, search, retention and per-tenant access control, so that each service’s runbook is written down and shared. Documents are versioned and immutable, and a published pointer selects which version a reader sees, so a page cannot be rewritten under someone reading it. Attachments are encrypted at rest and served through the API. Its database is covered by the same replication and backup arrangements as every other service.

Who it is for. In service since September 2026 and carrying the operational documentation for every platform on our own estate, which is the workload it was built for.

What it does

  • One place per platform

    Each service on the estate writes its own documentation here.

  • Per-tenant access control

    Access is governed by Identity and Auth, so each document can be read only by the people permitted to read it.

  • Retention positions

    Each document carries a defined retention position.
